Our apartment is beautifully located, right next to a small river at the end of a residential street in a quiet, green area. It features a large garden with a playground, free parking in front of the house, excellent public transport connections to buses and trains, supermarkets and a bakery just a 5-minute walk away, and a 10-minute walk to the lake. The apartment is very well equipped: two bedrooms with a double bed and a king-size bed, a double bed on the gallery, a kitchen-living room with a large dining table, a TV corner with a couch, a balcony, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

From here, you can quickly reach the port city of Bregenz and the Bregenz Festival and the "Inselstadt Lindau". Other popular excursion destinations include: Constance, Meersburg, Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg with its Spieleland theme park, Legoland in Günzburg, the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau in Füssen, the Pile Dwelling Museum in Unteruhldingen, the Affenberg (monkey mountain) in Salem, St. Gallen (Switzerland), etc. The local mountain of Lochau/Bregenz is the Pfänder. There are numerous hikes here, as well as the opportunity to explore the mountain by mountain bike. The hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the house. A ride on the Pfänder cable car is also highly recommended. It offers fantastic vantage points with views over the entire Lake Constance region and the Swiss mountains.

Lochau boasts a very diverse culinary scene. From the top-class restaurant "Mangold Lochau", to the fine dining "Hotel-Restaurant Fritsch am Berg" with a large terrace overlooking the lake and mountains, to the home-style cuisine at "Gasthof Seibl." The "Brauereigasthof Reiner" and the "Platzhirsch" cafe/restaurant are just a five-minute walk away. The "Alte Fähre" restaurant is located in Lochau harbor.

The nearest airports are Friedrichshafen (30 km) and St. Gallen-Altenrhein (35 km).
